Dungeon EXP Overhaul – Trash Mobs, Boss Rewards

Idea: rework dungeon experience gain. Regular mobs should give VERY little EXP, while bosses should give a LOT. Just like on official servers. This would give players a huge dose of dopamine and make boss fights actually feel rewarding.
