I have a lvl 38 mage.. and this exactly is my experience.

It was just as bad on a priest lvling solo when not in a dungeon group. Mana takes forever. Please make OOC mana regen faster or increase the drink coefficient so it fills up the mana bar faster.

Agreed. Please enable summoning stones with 3 party members. If you want there to be a cost associated, create a reagent that costs more with current level so there is some type of cost to doing so.

Is is an out of combat rez. It isn't game breaking, and it doesn't break classic. Generally there are not enough healers, this is a QOL change that benefits everyone and I agree it should be done.
