my brother is experiencing same issue, but higher ping. He got between 300-10000 ms all the time - unable to play. He tested other private servers, and has 23 ms.

He is living near me, so it cant be his location or anything. Im playing constant with 50-70 ms, laggfree. He tested alot ...

It seems the Client Upgrade changed also something with the routing of the server. Got many players from germany with telekom as carrier, who got 3000ping after the upgrade.. People with other carriers have no problem at all.
