As the title says , some hardcore players , including my self want to do pvp after hiting 60 lvl and becoming immortal , and if a new pvp realm is made , will the players that passed through the portal to the normal realm will have the chance to transfer to that realm?

Some days ago , one player told me i have a realy nice name and i took it as a comliment. Now after learning that i must pass the dark portal to transfer to the normal realm ( i am on the hardcore one) after hitting 60 , i tried to make a new character on that one to see if my name is available ...
