Legendaries are HRed by default as stated on discord. He was a member, on him to read up.

Can you pull up the voice logs as well, please?

This was changed with either 1.18 or 1.18.1 to instantly kill instead of poisoning you because, after a lot of nagging from the pvp community, turtle devs eventually realized how OP it was.
Please do that as well or just remove it and similar items from the game.
