Your old account only exists because it was a twow asia server account. Capy only restored accounts for that twow region because that's the only database they had access to. Everyone else has to start fresh, even on Capy.

The attacker is either from US/CA, because of the attack time frame. Or he/she/they are targeting the US/CA time frame intentionally.

I went download capybara today, and i found my old twow asia server account is still there, and my mage with t3 set is still there lol.

if digging into technical way can't protect the server, perhaps ...
