I personally don't like that you would get hated by your own faction. But some kind of system for that would be cool. I'd be down if it was like GTA stars where you got wanted level and if you get killed, enemies can get some reward for that.

This is very needed. Your game can crash midgame or your PC can crash and then you can't reconnect and you get a deserter even if you try to connect as fast as you can. It would help immensely.
