IMHO it needs to be solved at ISP side, not server. DDOS traffic should not even reach server side. Until you didnt get it, ddos will continue

Launcher sets realmlist.wtf as: set realmlist "play.octowow.st",
but you need to remove quotes and run the game without launcher. All works in that way
