Anyone who has their xp turned off put them in there own bracket

Putting Twinks into there own brackets will revive leveling BGs more then anything it ruins the experience for random levelers.

I'd really like to suggest putting Twinks in leveling BG's into there own brackets at least when the population increases It creates a huge unfair advantage to other levelers and makes BGs a ghost town over the long term.
