Makes no sense for this ring to be worse than BM's repu Sandswept Ring of Arcanum.
idk maybe give it 4-6 Sp more or 1% haste more...

why are you grouping with someone pvp tagged? that's like griefing 101 lol
hc version of addons literally doesn't let you buff/heal pvp flagged players
