Update is they run their email server off of poop.com. No jk. I've been trying to get this to work since Sept 2.

After several days and the initial email fix on behalf of the team, email for password reset is still MIA. I have scheduled guild events for the guild Synergy and now they are being threatened to be put on hold. Any update on the email processes to reset my passwords so I can finally log in would be ...

Maybe set up a temporary email server to relieve the pressure on the main one until things smooth out?
