Oh god please yes! I hate that pfQuest is out of sync!

I agree it should be tuned so it's incentivized to be full raid.

I vote no to boosting and griefing. But restore Rested XP to 2x as it should be.

People complaining leveling is too slow: enable warmode and always go rested, or join another private server.

I actually really like this idea for the PvP realm, with two caveats. (1) It's opt-in for both parties, and (2) killing own faction in self-defence doesn't result in penalty.

No. If that's some players issue, just incorporate more XP gain from World PvP (not grey levels).

I'd say leave it at 1x, but restore Rested XP (on all realms) to 2x.
