I've tried downloading the game multiple times with all three options, but every time, I end up with a file that's around 4,800 KB that will not open. I've checked my firewall, I've checked my quarantine, I've checked many posts on this forumn, but I can't seem to find an answer as to why the game ...

I'm having trouble even before this step. I open the launcher (which I just redownloaded today) then I press the play button, only to have the launcher reappear 30 seconds later, but the game itself doesn't start. I've tried just launching the game itself from my OctoWoW folder, but nothing happens ...
