Hi, this same thing happpened to me. You have to "open as admin" selection when you opposite mouse click on the launcher file. Hope that helps.

Not sure if this belongs here but I am trying to install the launcher. Got everything downloaded but when I get to the launcher screen and hit "play" then "Update" I receive an error stating:

Error: EPERM: operation not permitted open 'C:\Program files\ACE.dll.part'

I looked for that location ...
