The only reference I could find is the Holdout Medics in Gnomeregan, which visually use light magic.

Can confirm they seem to work properly now, unlike a couple of days ago.

But only if you launch the game through the VanillaFixes.exe, not working if running from launcher. Also, Shagutweaks and CRAP seems to be acting up.
