I think there is a slight drop chance in some areas in open water, but I am wondering why you would bother trying to get them this way if you are specifically targeting a fish that has dedicated pools that are plentiful and easy to find in multiple areas.

The PVE server has a vastly higher population, so if unless you're deadset on playing a PVP realm, rerolling will probably give you a better experience...

They can just say "no inv for warmoders" if they are forming party (as I do), or "I will not go with warmoder" and leave party if they was invited (as I do). But what sense of pvp, especially in possibility to on and off it, if you will be banned for killing player who flagged as pvp by his own ...

I don't expect much to come from this, but I'll throw my vote for the 2x xp lot. Simply because something needs to happen to help increase the population. Otherwise we might as well just merge the realms.

Well, killing someone who type /pvp it's by rule. It's entirely the player’s own decision. It’s not a missclick, nor is it an auto-flag triggered by quest or bug. Forgot to turn it off? I've gone through several accounts and when I get bored I give them away because that's how I enjoy the game, and a few weeks later I start fresh. I gave that Druid to a guildie because I couldn't care less about lvl 55+ or endgame content.
