As title states, I think these talents should swap places in the Arms tree as it is punishing to have to grab 3/3 Boundless Anger to open up Precision Cut talent.

Because of this, you aren't able to maximize enough points to also grab points in Enrage in the Fury tree.

for the record I do not want to cause any in game shenanigans for which you and the other devs have concerns over - just to simplify my game experience and not need a burner email

I would just prefer having a single email for both accounts as it goes to my main email account that I also use personally so that I don't have to create a burner email account where I will most likely forget the password for down the road lol
