It's not unreasonable to XP lock at 39 or 49 and farm your BIS items with guildies/friends, progression isnt linear what-so-ever.

Fully rested with warmode takes a player about 2/hrs per level.

This isnt a significant change to 'cadence' for the same players who might opt out of receiving the buff
