How about you strike back at Capy/RavenCraft—not with DDoS attacks, but by taking their player base? Offer a character transfer to their community.

i think it's automatic on. I would also be interested in why it is available as a challenge and whether it makes a difference.

You can also get the Dossy with other characters, not just via the post. It's waiting in the respective starter areas, for example, with the undead in the spider caves.
