Right now the details that we have about it would be either;
1.) PvP and PvE both get cross realm (and loose cross faction) BGs together as it.
2.) PvE realm gets an option to queue into cross realm BGs that are not cross faction, or cross faction BGs. Of course this has a myriad of its own ...
