It isn't any bug, Frost Shock debuff on target is slow, bosses and some other elites are just immune to slows.
It is game mechanic, you're asking to change it.

And you're asking to make shaman build with 100% crit comming ...

Can anyone explain to me why having a shaman with a purge cooldown makes any sense?

Why does purge get a cd but not the paladin dispel or the priest dispel?

Seems very paladin centric

Because Turtle devs were Paladins and got mad when Shamans would purge their shit and remove their blessings ...

CD on Divine Shield should be much longer and we obviously lack some kind of mass dispell.
In TBC only priest could dispell buble and there wasn't this kind of PvP issues.

Also Levia was first guild which made bugged 1.17/1.18 more difficult to play, killing Orgrimmar Wind Master and harassing low lvls all around Durotar.

There was no honor cap in vanilla.
There was no rank cap in vanilla.
The pvp system wasn't "progressive", all of it was released at once. Because the ranks already gate the gear.


Yet you're playing Mysteries of Azeroth not Vanilla, but why ;) ?
