Curse of elements as the name says - should include nature's dmg. This is a long issue comming from Turtle.

With nature res you may use penetration on rings/head/legs.
With Thunderfury in raid this problem will dissapear. There's also idol from Darkbrewer (BWL) for druids which lowers enemy nature ...

This kind of donation rewards we have on Octo lived with Turtle quite long time.

Portable bank/vendor/mail is rather quality of play enhacement than pay to win.
After all you're not buying any sulfuron ignots from donation tab ;)
