IMO I feel like Night Elves should've been the neutral race that can join either or. Even in the pre-TBC lore, the Night Elves were kinda "just there" and not really part of the Alliance culturally and militarily.

Bumping this again. I think making it so that you have to be at least 10 or 15 is a good idea. And even then, the cooldown to type again should be extended to at least 5 (I would even go 10) minutes to minimize spam, minimize the banter, and force people to only put out important messages.
