i figured it out partially, its from the Not Grid addon, so im sure you use the /ng options coomand

hi, how do i move this frame, its there from addons i'm sure, but i dont know which one and it doesn't seem ctrl/shift/alt seem to do anything to click and move it.

use alt key + tab key on your keyboard, don't hold them down, just hold down alt, and tap TAB then it will show you a horizontal list of all your open programs, go to OBS and then select WOW from there
