I am not a fan of all of these changes, personally.

Would have love to see a little love to PVE experience rather than nerfing PVP experience by 50% after 33.

I think that the SNS bg leveling working as intended is 100% warranted, that stuff was kind of cheesy.

but as far as just leveling ...

Rogue PVP for horde requires rank 10 for boots all other classes and rogue ally boots are unlocked at rank 6

Confirmed with other ally Rogues

Set bonuses themselves appear to working (sprint goes from 15 to 18) although set itself does not highlight worn pieces

Set items are called Combatants ...

Lots of times i have seen people in BGs afk from level 10 all the way to 60 still AFK. Multiple people have said they have been reporting them but action hasn't been taken, I think its entirely possible that that the GMs and support staff have their hands full and can't handle every AFK ...
