Yes, one of our guild members did that. The GMs then warned him.
The entire guild was subsequently informed.
So nothing like that has happened since.

So your way of justifying your relentless targeting of an entire guild is to constantly taunt them in the world, and to justify it because a member took advantage of a bug.

And what about the problems you created? Where do they stand now?

You see, I can do like you, just take what interests me.
You think you're vigilantes, which you're not. And you're penalizing an entire guild over one person's problem.
You dare to say we're not participating in the beta. How many bug reports have we submitted? How much playtime are we dedicating to this beta?
I'll say it again, but making accusations when you know nothing about the guild or the people who run it is childish.

He seems very happy to show that he's banning without knowing anything, a perfect example.
Oh my, best to probably stop here. This is nowhere near the same in comparison to what your guild leader admitted to. Coming to a forum does nothing for your cause. Even if some people got lumped into the ban wave that "may not" of been participating they knew very well what was going on and are guilty by association. I highly doubt they weren't involved though.

GM's can look into so much of what and when it was happening. Let's not be foolish and think they don't have clear evidence of the warnings being ignored and these actions still taking place. I have seen none of these individuals in BG's and yet they mysteriously are holding high standings the past few weeks.

Those of us that pvp daily and are in the BG's know very well that honor gains in the open world are few and far between. If you are not bg grinding, yet somehow in the top 10 that in itself is fishy as hell. Stop acting like people were born yesterday and suck it up. These individuals played with fire and got burned. Time to move on or go again in a more 'honorable' way.
Don't call "your" when it's to lie after my friend. You have no idea of the ranks we have, most 5 actually, as most of the server actually, with something like 14 VH LIKE EVERYBODY ACTUALLY. I was in war mode, made only 1 BG lvl 60 and everything here about the rank I got is LOGIC. So please if it's only to flame with the lack of maturity we already know from you and bring no relevant information, pass your way.

I haven't killed any guild members in open world since I was warned by a GM about two weeks ago after the report from Snack after i killed Slimoue in Tanaris.

I've only done battlegrounds since, and several Levia can attest to that, provided they're even remotely honest; Drogon, Snack, .. To mention only those I've seen the most in BG.

Fact : GMs did not check the logs before ban.

Edit : For those who think it's possible to reach rank 13 in 3 weeks, you should learn bout the rank system so you won't look like a complete idiot ..

We did, thanks to you linking me the right place to do so, which I had not seen before. And our case has been reviewed, and the bans have been lifted today after reviewing the logs.

Now, regarding this whole matter, shots have been fired. We have been put under a lot of pressure and harsh words by some players, and definitely a lot from the guild Levia.

However, as I tend to have a temper when facing what I believe to be unfair, I did express myself in an inappropriate, provocative and disrespectful manner towards Levia. I did have some pretty negative exchanges with some of them, and was angry at the situation. Still, that wouldn't be fair of me to blame the whole guild for it.

And for that, I apologies to Levia. I was speaking in good faith, but not in the right manner. I should not have been hurting the sensibility of some players with my choice of words, which I retracted shortly afterwards. Sorry, Levia.

Now, we are a fresh and small server, from which both our guilds are actively taking part of, and we will play together from time to time, wether in battleground or dungeon. I truly believe it would be best to get along, and communicate between one another before letting misunderstandings rise to a /world petty war.

I truly hope this matter is now closed for good, and we can all go resume to playing the game in peace.

Regards,

Ashran
