I received a ban on 05/07/2026. I was offline at the time of the ban. I didn’t do anything prohibited, didn’t insult other players, and received a permanent ban. Is it possible to get a permanent ban lifted for no reason?

It appears you were banned by the former GM Pig for suspected of being the alt of an RMT banned player. We have no evidence to support this, and we have a policy of banning just the existing accounts at the time of RMT events rather than continuing to ban subsequent accounts. Normally it takes more than suspicion, but we did have less robust tracking systems at the time of the ban nearly 4 months ago.
