We will be bringing down all services for a large migration to a new server on Sunday the 14th at 10PM UTC. Expect services to be down for 1-4 hours during this time. We expect to be raising the signup cap drastically to hopefully no longer be restricting accounts after this migration is done and the servers have been stabilized.

Hello! I see "Failed to reach update server" trying to install the game. Octo Launcher says "Iceland offline". Will it work?

Hi, dunno where else to ask but are the servers currently down? i cant get in. Also where else can i ask?

Are you using the Launcher to install and update your game files? You may need to ask for support on the community discord. We unfortunately don't have the resources for a dedicated support staff but the community has been very helpful in getting people up and running and making installation and troubleshooting guides!
