Valor Me Softly is recruiting!
We're a brand new European guild, and we're looking for friendly players of every level and class. Players from anywhere are welcome, from Europe and Russia to Asia and the Americas.
What we value:
Kindness first. Be patient with new players.
Raid times: all raids are scheduled in Amsterdam time (CET).
How we're led: Valor Me Softly is a project in online leadership. We want to lead by listening and sharing responsibility. We use a structure inspired by the army's fire teams: every leader looks after no more than four people. One guild leader guides four officers, each officer leads their own team of up to four, and so on as we grow. Everyone has someone close to turn to, and nobody gets lost in the crowd. Members are welcome to step up, try leading groups or events, and grow as leaders themselves.
Whisper or send a letter to Arumm in game.
