99.995% of the game content is strictly PvE. The entirety of PvP is 2 literally empty mini zones and 1 medium zone (wsg, AB/AV). And a single vendor in Org/Sw.

- PvPers expected epic gear & weapons at this time - the timeline was misleading. People thought it was a dev mistake, saying that gear wont drop, that they didnt realize how ambershire did it. Even r12 isnt added, not that it matters. Dev communication did not shine trough, and you also went against the playerbase desires, unreasonably, it has been established that the arguments for halting release werent convincing

I know they didn't add the rank 12 armor sets, but I was under the impression that rank 12 was still attainable. If you can't even grind out rank 12, there will be no reason for me to play my paladin and mage until March.

You can grind rank 12 yes, it is unlocked. The pvp weapons "partisans" mc tier ones are out tho, not the armor unfortunately for pvpers we will have to wait a long time i feel
