Server restarted twice within 10-15 minutes

In case devs did miss it, the entire server went offline and restarted within maybe couple minutes, first about maybe 15 minutes ago, then again just now. On second downtime I checked, forum went down too, and also ping 185.165.170.33 returned "Request timed out." for a short time. Meaning your entire host or w/e you call it went down, not just WoW server.

They aren’t expecting anything. They’re describing a bug. You were a challenge on TWoW. Try not to start like this on here too.
