Suggestions for test server: buffs, guild hall & Chinese patch

Hey guys,

I really like the rested XP tent outside Orgrimmar during the test — great idea!
To attract more players, keep people motivated, and test bugs better across levels and zones, here are a few simple suggestions:
1. Add the three big world buffs:
- Rallying Cry of the Dragonslayer
- Spirit of Zandalar
- Warchief's Blessing
Just like Winter Veil, you can activate them hourly automatically. No need for snowballs since the population is still low.
2. Add guild housing and make it really cheap during testing. It will help hardcore players trade more efficiently.
3. Please release a Chinese patch ASAP. May 15th is coming soon, and lots of Chinese players are waiting for their dream Azeroth.
4. None of this affects game balance. It will help players level up, make testing easier, and also bring more players to the server.
