How can I report a Game Master?

I'd like to know what the proper procedure is for reporting a Game Master.

I recently had an interaction with a GM named Southy, and I honestly feel I was treated unfairly. He refused to listen to my side of the story before making a decision.

He also indirectly warned me that my accounts could face consequences if I didn't participate in Battlegrounds the way he expected. I tried to explain that, as a low-level player facing twinks, defending the flag is often the most useful thing I can do for my team. Instead of discussing it, he dismissed my explanation.

Before I had the chance to continue the conversation, he added me to his ignore list, making it impossible for me to explain my point of view.

I'm not asking anyone to take my side. I simply want to know how I can file a formal complaint about a GM's conduct, so the situation can be reviewed by someone else.

Thank you.

I'm happy to explain.

I was a low-level player facing twinks. Instead of repeatedly running into fights where I'd contribute very little, I stayed near our flag to defend it and slow down anyone trying to capture it. In my opinion, that was the most useful way I could help my team given the situation.

However, the purpose of this thread isn't to debate Battleground tactics or whether my decision was the right one. I'm simply asking what the proper procedure is for reporting a GM when I believe I wasn't given a fair opportunity to explain my side before a decision was made.
