Yesterday around 1am ST, on the PVE server N'zoth I managed to get the first ring from Lhara. Stayed at the npc the whole night, basically alone at the npc most of the time.
When it was time for it to respawn around 12am ST, the server began to crash every minute or so. I managed to get the second ring as soon as the server returned, but it crashed again and when I logged back I was no longer the only player near the NPC that sells it. The ring I bought last vanished from my bag and it was out of stock.
Tried again tonight thinking it would respawn at around 11pm 1am server time, since it was the time I lost on the morning/noon. It did not appear.
Since I'm a human being I ended up sleeping on my chair and couldn't camp it through the whole night again.
I've requested assistance in game and was hit with "you should have taken a screenshot". Seriously, if I could foresee the future I'd be playing the lotto, not wow.
A polite GM did say he'd check the logs in case they were recovered. But I didn't rear from him since.
Is there any way I can get some assistance with this?
This feels like torture, been over 36 hours now camping the NPC for something I should already have.
For the love of god, someone please help me.
