I Always thaught this is a hardcoded Engine Problem which cant BE fixed, gladly u could do IT, looking Forward for more improvements from Archer and Team

After finally getting the update to install I receive this error:

DL entry point returned an error (0)

Make sure you have a compatible game client (1.6.1 - 1.12.1)

At 1.3.3 launcher was fine. Now at 1.3.4 it's rewrite dlls.txt, AS USUAL, which off nampower and at launcher I get spam window with WINDOWS DEFENDER BLOCK D3D9.DLL (defender is off, whole disk at list of exceptions even if it was on and each time I need to click "Allow through" to hide that msg).
upd: For now just set dll.txt as read-only. But god pls why launcher every time rewrite it after every patch.

I had downloaded 1.3.3, downloaded the new 2.5 gb patch, and launcher was fine, updated to 1.3.4, it says "update available! Download incomplete. Click update to finish." and clicking update again does nothing.

When I try to launch through VanillaFixes directly I get - "WoW.exe - bad image" due to VanillaHelpers, "either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error Status 0x0000020 " and another separate error box from VanillaFixes saying - "DLL entry point returned an error (259) Make sure you have a compatible game client (1.6.1-1.12.1)"

Also when I disable all the mods, I have that d3d9.dll warning from windows defender. The folder is excluded from it tho

I still see '/20' in my quest log after updating, is this just visual?

Beware people of Octo and potential Players - with the latest update they install many different modifications that are absolutely optional and not needed to play forcefully to the Client like "vanillafixes" "nampower" "superwowhook" and what not... I was playing with no Mods, never installed them - 180 stable FPS... Now after the update I get 60-90 FPS at best and manually deleting the files doesn´t fix this issue.

Don´t play here - wait for a better server or just accept that the Turtle-WoW Era is over.

Because a developer team that pushes updates that sneakily and forcefully installs "optional" modifications is absolutely unacceptable.

we're better without people like you that think you can play this without mods and get "180 stable fps", go larp elsewhere

I deleted all files from patch-1.mpq to patch-5.mpq
I seem to be able to download only patch-3.pmq, the other files stay with 0 size, and I receive a repeating error in the launcher that the download is incomplete
