Also, here's another idea: accounts from developing countries could receive regional pricing. That way, we could support the project without spending 20% of our monthly salary, while still being able to purchase with credits.
Steam does something similar. For example, a game that costs $22 in the US might cost around $12 in many South American countries. I believe you have the tools to verify where an account is connecting from, so implementing regional pricing should be possible. Would this be something you'd consider?
