so do we have any plan on how to resolve this? cause right now it's like "yeah we are being attacked, its looking rough" like a sitting duck. obviously the attacker will keep bullying you if you have no defence or plan whatsoever...

i hope the server issues get fixed until then

There is only so much that can be done. especially since the original plan was to have the infrastructure delivered on like Tuesday from what I remember being said. Everything now is a ramshackle attempt at mitigating it. The idea behind the attacks isn't to make you "upset". it's to make Octo look unstable and unappealing. driving traffic away and towards a certain OTHER server. Since there are no actual other VIABLE competitors. It's a tactic employed by certain groups. Instead of offering a superior product, you sabotage the competition any way you can to make them look inferior.

also is it just me or are the plainstriders in the barrens messed up?

me too, i come from ascension and this server has great potential. ddos only is affecting my experience of the game unfortunately.

The revamped talent trees, the professions and the racials and new spells as well as classic spells mechanics slight changes with new areas like gilneas and isles can bring lot of fun and good times. though i wonder if following to closely the same timeline as it was in vanilla MC -> zul gurub -> AQ 40 -> naxxramas is not too classic and hope for a different or parallel timeline with boss or challenge occuring in new areas to bring fresh feelings in a classic world. with ascension and turtle wow and now octowow, it seems doable for dev to make new area on the map so actually i wonder why not a new map ? or an extended map with polar worlds on north and south and far east and far west territory. A big giant map, new creatures, new adventure and big wars !!
