Levelling feels too fast, I end up outlevelling too many dungeons to the point it feels trivial to do them. Not sure what OP means about not being able to tank dungeons as S&S. I've tanked every dungeon up to Stormwrought as a level 38. I think you should try tanking when you are the highest level in the group. Another thing I'll add is how useless resting exp feels. We gain rested exp at such a fast rate that it can't ever be cleared. Rested exp gain rate was tuned for 100% mob xp rather than 50%.
Tanks die the most out of the three roles. And you have to rely on the healer being semi competent. I'm not trusting some rando with my xp.

I can't agree with this suggestion.

The idea behind this challenge was to break out from Vanilla meta where the fastest way to level up was grinding mobs. Questing made no sense because you had to run long distances without fighting and waiting for respawns. Killing mobs in unoccupied area was fastest XP/hour.

With that challenge, you are encouraged to do every quest because it's relatively good chunk of XP compared to grinding mobs in the open world. Turtle WoW had hundreds (if not thousands) of new quests. S&S encourages you to explore this new custom content.

If you also reduce XP from quests by 50%, again there will be no reason to do quests if you want to rush to level 60 as fast as possible to get these juicy 200 donation points.
The devil is in the detail.
