Pig's full of it, to put it delicately. It's really disingenuous to lie to the playerbase like that. There have been no community polls, hell nobody even on discord or this forum talking about this issue, until it was already decided upon. You don't listen to a few people crying about multiboxxers and tag boosting in worldchat, declare "thats the majority" and when there is huge backlash to the point Pig had to put chat in slowmode that's just because the "minority" got upset. What a load of bunk.

Even if they reverse this change, I'm not sure I'm coming back. Shenna had a rep but they were never this underhanded.

I can announce my departure or arrival whenever the hell I feel like. It's relevant to the thread. I was enjoying this server, supporting it even, and they rugged me, so I want answers or I'm not going to continue supporting. It's not hard to wrap your mind around.

Posting "We don't care" in regards to players voicing their concern regardless of which chat they do it in is shit that'll straight up kill your project in the long run.

I disagree with this change but if the official stance wasn't laced with obnoxious reddit-tier smugness I'd probably just shrug and not give it any attention whatsoever.
