Nope, there is no option, I have clicked through several times. On the whitelist tab, I can see a status that my IP is not whitelisted, but there is no option to do so...Ocdonotsteal wrote: Sat Sep 19, 2026 6:33 pmGo to the main website page and not the forum, log into there, and click account management under your name. How exactly are we to "whitelist yourself"?Kestrel wrote: Wed Sep 16, 2026 2:27 am It is important that everyone who wants to use this feature understand what it is and is not. This is a white list for one of our upstream protection providers that filters traffic before it reaches our servers. This is NOT a work around for everyone to avoid being affected by the DDoSes.
This only white lists your IP to prevent your traffic from being automatically blocked upstream. If you are able to get into the game right now this whitelist will not help you at all.
This is to help those who are able to get past the log in screen, but are unable to connect to one or any of the world realms. If this is what you are experiencing, please whitelist yourself and wait for your IP to be added to the white list. You can do this by going to the account management page on the website. As previously mentioned our upstream provider has strict rate limits on whitelisting IPs which we are unable to work around, so we are limited in how fast we can add IPs.
P.S. it may take up to 30 minutes for the white list to take affect after your IP has been sent to the provider.
Thanks for doing your best to keep things running!
I believe they shifted to a new system, there was apparently a rather low cap on that one.Phoenix wrote: Fri Sep 25, 2026 6:09 pmNope, there is no option, I have clicked through several times.
