I find it uninspiring of trust that after 5-6 hours of downtime, there is absolutely no communication from the Octo team.

yeah I have to say that I was very excited and impressed by octowow so far. But them not making a statement sooner on this issue has left me a little bit disappointed. I mean i'm still stoked but just feel a little let down.

To all the unhappy "customers": Stop complaining and volunteer to help instead of being such ingrates.
Would it be nice with fast support and communication? Of course!
