Honestly one of the big reasons I left was that when I asked for another officer to cut all the casual misogyny in guild chat/discord, instead of a course correction the response was "I've known the leaders here for a decade, they know what I'm like, and I'm not gonna change."

It's just embarrassing to be around grown ass men that think it's acceptable to call women c*nts and to tell them to blow them. The raid was full of pugs who got to hear all of that, too. I don't want to carry that reputation around me, and I certainly don't have to put up with the socially maladjusted people they enable in guild.
