That's exactly what it's about. Your incompetence, manifest in your inability to do anything else but grind EXP, has led you to blame your problems on people who actually build on their characters paired with your entitlement that you, in your grays and greens should be able to compete against others fairly in a battleground of competition. Once you drown out the twinks youll keep complaining and complaining about gearscore and continuing to rank it down. You don't have the pop to go down this path. Even blizzards queues died.Hfm1 wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2026 12:13 pm Its not about that and u know it. Stop it.
Gonna roll a hunter twink myself and farm the shit out of people until nobody ever queues a bg. Then u the other twinks have enough time to think about action and consequences they have on others and the game modes u like.
Didnt u notice BG´s pop less? Nobody wants it. U guys destroying ur own soil and to egocentric to even notice it.
Great point you‘re making about slow and steady. I think that hero of Azeroth challenge also makes it so you don’t gain experience from BGs.Vectorus511 wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2026 2:11 am Second, you cannot kick them out of BGs even if devs remove the expoff function. They will start making characters with the 'Slow and Steady' challenge instead of stopping exp, and after a couple of BGs, they will just kill themselves in the open world to roll back their exp progress![]()

They will also become much, much angrier at you)
But I have a solution! Instead of separating groups of players devs could motivate people to queue for battlegrounds and reduce the gap between twins and levelers with one simple solution - introducing low-level PvP sets that players could get in PvP boxes given for turning in WSG/AB marks. When you open one of these boxes, you have a good chance to get some useful equipment for your class or part of a PvP set(green), and small chance to get a rare piece. They could also add various transmogs and mounts with a very low drop rate. Instead of getting trash from pvp boxes, we could gear up on BGs. Can you imagine how hyped Lowlvl BG would be? People who truly love PvP, and not just free exp, will support my idea.
You are a living proof of the anti-social nature of twink players and this post alone is the best showcase to get rid of twinking.Yarmum wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2026 4:42 am Absolutely agree with all this. The entitlement required to believe that they are owed a level/balanced experience against players who invested the time and gold into their character vs. their greys and greens and their 0% effort brainless jaded grinding and 100% entitlement all leads up to insufferability, PvE players just want to suffocate out anything that has to do with PvP and snuff out any hardcore aspects that made Vanilla great because they are unironically softcore Weenie Hut Jr's pacifist perma losers and think this should be a card game where everyone is always equal and has the same exact adventure where the same thing happens every time. Your idea is pretty nice but the crying will never end no matter how many olive branches you hand to them it will frankly never be enough till it's all gone. Just look at OP lol, two level 60s and still not competent enough to throw together a nice kit whereas someone who is levelling can throw together a top 10% kit for each bracket quite easily and under budget just by farming the right things.
PvP is dead on private servers anyways, has been since the last virally popular server TWow died - everyone who PvP has gone to retail sadly. They know their crying will fall on deaf ears on blizz server so they raise their pitchforks here and kill what little is left, this angry mob sentiment of inferiority complex has existed on TWow and gotten worse on every server since. Before Classic first came out everyone on pservers just shut up put their character to the grindstone and made beautiful things happen, now it's just nothing but shitting and moaning all over the place but over here they demand changes that no one will even play because the environment is already well-dead.
Sounds like you're crazy entitled and just want free easy exp in BGs lol. I've lvld both twinks and normal characters through BGs, and my normal chars never had issues with twinks. I've dunked on twinks in all brackets except 10-19 where the difference between leveler/twink is just too huge.Nandieb wrote: Thu Oct 08, 2026 3:15 pmYou are a living proof of the anti-social nature of twink players and this post alone is the best showcase to get rid of twinking.Yarmum wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2026 4:42 am Absolutely agree with all this. You are also grotesquely distorting my original arguments. There is no issue with a level 39 dominating a level 33 in a battleground. That difference is well within a reasonable scope to overcome.
There is also zero issue if someone fully dungeon geared dominates someone in gray gear.
The issue is characters with 50 days /played at level 29 facing a leveler with 1 day /played
There are leagues for amateur athletes and there are leagues for professional athletes.
It’s also the nature of things that people in level 60 battlegrounds can amass a vast gear difference over fresh 60s and that’s totally fine and shouldn’t be messed with.
Let 60s battlegrounds be the league for professionals, but leave leveling battlegrounds for the amateurs.
Players partaking in this twink playstyle are not looking for a competitive experience in a competitive game mode, what they are doing is by every fathomable definition synonymous with griefing and discourages a large portion of the community to queue for leveling
battlegrounds which is harmful to the server as a whole
I have no issue allowing a soft form of twinking, where you can invest as much gold and time as you want, but you must be forced to gain experience from battlegrounds and not be allowed to camp a bracket.
When you finally reach 60 and don’t feel up to par to compete with other 60s, you can simply start a fresh character and go through your soft twinking arc again
Sorry, this isn't retail.Fb wrote: Wed Oct 07, 2026 3:47 pm It might make sense to propose changes to Enchanting so that high-level enchantments cannot be applied to low-level items. The same applies to armor kits, scopes, etc.
