Calm down. They have a point and are right to complain. You can be both grateful and hold people to higher standards. I don't know why you cannot understand this.

Downtime is fine, just be more transparent about it so there isn't 2k people spamming Discord and the forums trying to find an answer. A GM posting a message in the HC server and a Discord bot just happening to pick up on it is not an open line of transparent communication, it is a fluke if anything.

Got kicked and can't log back in.

We are allowed to ask for, and expect some kind of information, so we dont waste our day refreshing a page to see if the game is online.

Respect goes both ways

Today alone, the server has gone down at least five times. And when it is actually online, the lag is absolutely atrocious. This is becoming seriously frustrating and needs to be addressed
