Gannot log in to N'Zoth but can login to other realms

Is there a way to verify what IP i should use in my /etc/hosts?

I was able to access my OctoWoW character using the IP so don't think is pointing to raven.
As for security, there is no guarantee so use as your own risk.

Felt like that, after the next confirming post, I tried myself and yes worked instantly to switch from the other two servers back to the PvE one!

For those running linux who are able to login to pvp/hc but not pve

add the IP to your /etc/hosts file

185.165.170.59 normal.octowow.st

If it fixes the problem, the issue is DNS not the server

edit: remember it's there so if the IP changes again you remember to clear it

Still not working for me, Cant get in to N'Zoth (other realms are connecting normally)
added IP to Hosts
Powercycled both my PC and router, did:
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- netsh winsock reset

tried accessing via VPN

Nothing helps

edit: yes, i checked host file manually - 185.165.170.59 normal.octowow.st is present in the file

Edit: ok, i'v managed to connect after manually setting VPN to Netherlands

Update: After getting DC can't log back in, tried all above steps again - nothing

Me also cannot login. Either tthe ddoser have start to ddos the new IP or the dev have patch this loop hole.
Will try again later or tomorrow to confirm.

this worked like a charm for 1 day, now it doesnt anymore.
looks like ip got changed again?
again need a vpn netherland to connect to pve server.

EDIT: checked it again and it seems now it works again, can again connect with this method without vpn.

I Can't log in into N'Zoth either, i get stuck in "Logging in to game server"

Update your hosts file with this instead: 92.114.107.56 normal.octowow.st

I am on Linux and neither ping 185.165.170.59 or 92.114.107.56 or normal.octowow.st returns anything.
But also I'm in Russia, so assume this is the DNS problem, as it is with CloudFlare blocking us.
Not sure, but just saying. Can't login to PVP at all.

For windows, the file is in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Open notepad as Administrator and add the same line ^^^.
This made things work for me. of course if the IP ever changes, this hosts entry will have to be removed...or manually changed to the new IP address.
