Auto-loot is already turned off in the launcher, but after the patch I had to turn it on and off again to fix it because patching the game from the launcher forced it on again, despite it being disabled in the launcher. All my friends have the same issue so it's not only happening to me.
We'll have a launcher update SOONtm that will hopefully alleviate some of these auto loot issues. Its a bit tricky with other addons/mods also flipping auto loot on/off.

Pollen Burst and Boar Charge are not affected by Bestial Discipline's CD reduction. Please, have a look at it!
I have also tried to learn Pollen Burst for the past 45 minutes and did not manage to. I don't think it can be learned!

My Hunter pet raptor from Grim Reaches still has the standing still animation while swimming.
