Revert BG XP gain change for pvp realm

I think that instead of reverting the change, the xp rates on the server should be changed into x2. So it's not that bgs give more xp than the other activities, but all the activities including bgs give two times more xp.

Yeah, or bgs give a little bit more xp to encourage queues at early levels. But it's irrelevant if the bgs aren't popping in the first place, which xrealm bgs, good pvp gear, etc might help with.
