Will the exact info be avaialbe officialy, on how much the honor and exp was icnreased ? What are the values ? Will that be avaialbe to read to anyone who is new to the project ? Will those amount be viable ?

The exact info will be available eventually. As many are new here this feel worth re-iterating, you are playing a Beta server. Changes are happening daily and at a rapid pace. Until things settle down (which they have already started to greatly) we will not be posting consistent or thorough changelogs. This is how Beta development tends to work.

We have already started work on a revamp of the website to better display the custom OctoWoW changes that we have made from the base Turtle WoW game. Long term we hope to modify it to reflect all changes that this server has from a base vanilla experience.

A bounty system is a much better solution and would motivate so much more to help the low level players out!
But of course, I personally think that you should just leave it like it was in vanilla without introducing such changes at all. Especially now at this stage where bug fixing is so much more important to polish the whole already familiar PvP experience.

turn you into a chicken with 1 hp until you leave. the exception would be in enemy cities as to not discourage city raids and tbh any flagged player is fair game in a city raid.

Ooohhh, the whole server is on a beta stage ? How come its not stated anywhere ? I had no idea ? And prob 70% of pop had no idea too like wthh
