Rested status not increasing while inside city

Hi, I want to report a bug. I placed my lvl 10 nelf rogue inside Darnassus overnight, just to discover that my rested bar did not budge at all. I guess this is probably a bug?

Major Cities do not give rested exp, unless its your guild "house" from the tabard.
Any other Inn in the world gives you full rested exp in 10minutes though.

You should be able to get rested inside the city if you find the "Inn Master" (the NPC you bind your hearth to) of the city.

Yeah even standing in the Inn in a city should at least give the rested, If its not the whole city its whatever but it should be just any Inn.
