Database search filter improvements

This was suggested and planned by Turtle devs for several years, but unfortunately went on the backburner, but it would be nice to have more filter options when searching the database, such as X spell school resistance, item source (quest, mob drop, container, etc), BoE vs BoP vs Unbound, and so on.
A database cleanup to sort consumables/resources/tokens into their proper sections was also planned I believe.
