The Original Blackout talent read as this:

Shadow Priest Talent (Classic/Vanilla to Wrath): Gives your Shadow damage spells a 10% chance to stun the target for 3 seconds.

The Turtle WoW Blackout reads as this:

Shadow Priest Talent (Classic/Vanilla to Wrath): Gives your Shadow damage spells a 10% chance to stun the target for 2 seconds.

I'm not sure why the stun duration was nerfed, since just about every class has received buffs in PVP on this server, but there's no need for Shadow Priest to have its stun nerfed. We literally only have a lengthy cd fear as CC you can actually use in combat. This nerf makes no sense to me.

Y'all gave Feral Druid which was already very strong in PVP and immune to slows/roots/poly Berserk which now makes them immune to Fear as well, but Shadow Priest gets its already RNG stun nerfed?

Bump. It's F*cking insane that Shadow Priest got nerfed on a server where Feral Druids and Shaman and Paladins got giga buffed in PVP.

I was going opposed that, but that sounds like a reasonable compromise.

One of the biggest issues of twow - and I say this as someone who loved twow - was that the developers seemed to favor certain classes in pvp changes. This shadow priest nerf was unwarranted and baseless, it's like a developer lost a fight to a shadow priest because of a random blackout stun and raged.
